Lost and Found Discs

For our shop's location or hours, see this page.

Please make arrangements to retrieve Lost and Found discs from Rare Discs within 30 days of notification. Here are the available options:

• Pickup in Store: Free, just show us the notification text.
• Shipped: Please contact us to ship. The shipping fee is lettermail or single disc rate.
• Shipped with an order: add your lost discs to any order. There will be no additional shipping charges as long as a tracked shipping method is selected (not lettermail). Let us know the lost disc info in the order notes.
• Donate: donate the disc to one of our programs, such as school program, disc library  program, disc recycling for end of life discs etc. If you choose to donate we will not resell the disc. 

If arrangements are not made within 30 days of the notification, we will donate the discs automatically to one of our programs or resell to recoup cost of running this program.
