Refund policy
New and unthrown or unused products can be returned for 30 days after delivery or pick up.
If we made a mistake with the order, we do not charge any fees for returns.
Free Cancellation Period
Orders can be cancelled free of charge for up to 2 hours after they are placed. Otherwise, the following fees will apply for cancellations and returns:
Change of Mind Returns or Cancellations
In Store
- Returns are accepted to original payment method or store credit
- 5% restocking fee for returns to a credit card or paypal
- No restocking fee for store credit, interac or cash refunds.
Shipped Orders - Canada
- The shipping cost we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping label. We can provide a shipping label at our discounted rates and deduct the cost from the refund.
- 5% restocking fee for orders paid by Credit Card and Paypal
- No restocking fee if Store Credit is taken
- Online orders can be returned in store to avoid shipping costs.
Shipped Orders - USA & International
- We do not refund the shipping paid once the order has shipped.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping label cost to our US or Canadian return address
- 5% restocking fee for orders paid by Credit Card and Paypal
- No restocking fee if Store Credit is taken
- No refund for Duty, Tariffs or other Customs Fees
Why do we charge a restocking fee?
The credit card companies charge us a fee when they process the order. This is not returned to us when we refund a customer.Â
About Disc Weight and Colour
We weigh every disc in shop to ensure that the manufacturer's weight is accurate. Weight is displayed for informational purposes only. Plastic is porous and absorbs moisture, so often disc weight stickers are off by a couple of grams compared to our in house weight. Refunds are not offered for small weight differences, but if we mis-typed the weight (for example 157g versus 175g) please reach out for options.Â
We do our best to provide colour accurate images of every disc. Things are almost always brighter on screen than they are in person. If you'd like additional photos of any disc before buying, please reach out by e-mail or text.
Bubble Mailers for Single Discs
Single discs are sent in bubble mailers by default. It is incredibly rare for discs to be damaged when sent this method. If a disc arrives damaged please reach out for options.
Collector Bags
We ship thousands of discs a month. In order to save on extra plastic, we wrap our discs in paper. We can provide collector bags if requested.
Customs Clearance Fees
USA Orders are sent DDP - meaning all customs clearance fees are paid up front.
We do not cover any customs clearance fees for other countries. We do not return any customs clearance fees that were paid even when the order is returned to us.Â
International Returns, Returned to Sender and change-of-mind returns (including US returns) incur an additional fee of $5 and return postage. This is a fee we pay to the carrier for customs clearance and/or return shipping. If we are charged return postage and/or additional customs fees for returns, these charges will be deducted from your return amount.
If you have reached out about returning items to us we will do our best to make you aware of all fees before you send the item back.
Our Mistake
In the event that we made a mistake, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees. Please contact us to initiate a return - we will provide the shipping label. Please send the item back unthrown in its original packaging.Â
Mystery Boxes
Mystery boxes are sealed with Tamper Evident tape. Since we ship internationally, sometimes these boxes are opened by customs in transit. We do not offer refunds if your mystery box was opened by customs. We do not open factory sealed mystery boxes in the shop prior to shipping, and do not accept returns of opened mystery boxes. However if you are truly unhappy with what you received, reach out to us and we'll try our best to work something out.
Damaged or Loss in Transit
Shipping protection is not included with shipped orders and is an additional add-on. If the item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item, its shipping packaging and the shipping label immediately so we can reach out to the carrier and figure out what went wrong.
If an item is declared lost by the carrier and shipping protection was purchased, you will be required to sign a form stating that you did not receive the item so we can make an insurance claim with the carrier. Once that form is completed you will receive store credit or refund.Â
Important: Shipping protection does not cover minor scuffs and wear that may occur in transit. It also does not cover shipments stolen after delivery. If you are concerned about theft, we recommend contacting the carrier for a hold. Most carriers will deliver to nearby post offices or local businesses.
Shipping protection does not cover items that are lost after being scanned as delivered. Once the item is scanned as delivered shipping protection no longer applies.Â
Returned/Refused Packages
If the buyer refuses the package and it is returned to sender, there will be no refund or compensation whatsoever. This includes packages refused due to customs fees due.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we are charged a return shipping fee by the carrier. This fee is passed on to the buyer, whether they paid for shipping or used the free shipping tier. Any shipping fee and return fee will be deducted from the buyers refund as if it were a 'change of mind' return.
Sale Pricing Policy
We do not provide any refund, compensation or adjustment for items that go on sale after being purchased.
Combined Order Policy
If multiple orders can be combined into a single shipment, any additional shipping paid will be used to upgrade service where available or refunded to the customer as store credit upon customer request.
Pre-Order Pricing Policy
If we lower the Canadian price of a pre-order during the pre-order period, Canadian customers will receive a refund for the price difference as store credit. Please note that this does not apply to US or International pre-orders, as the currency exchange causes price fluctuations that are out of our control.
