The Streamline Turbulence is a special kind of disc: it has a concave top (similar to a Range) and it does not glide. Why would anyone want a disc with no glide? Don't we all want to throw further? Well, there are an extensive amount of reasons why we'd want a disc that glides less:
Wind Resistance: a disc with lower glide cuts through the wind and finds the ground quicker. Into a head wind or cross wind, a disc with low glide will be more reliable.
Spike Hyzers: because the disc is less effected by wind, this disc is great for spike angles thrown high in the air
Less Skip: due to the concave top, the disc has a reduced skip
Clean Releases: consistency is key, and when an overstable fairway driver is needed, this one throws very smoothly
